Pure Gozo Incentive
Highlights on a Pure Gozo Incentive program for a major IT company in Scandinavia.
On arrival Guests were greeted by the 20twenty team and escorted by luxury coaches to Mellieha, North of Malta. Their luggage was taken directy to their hotel. Waiting in Mellieha was a speedboat which whizzed then for a refreshing swim at the crystal clear Blue lagoon waters of Comino, a tiny Island between Malta and Gozo
Then guests headed to Gozo, minutes away from main land Malta and were escorted to an exclusive property which consists of cluster of 26 farmhouse-style maisonettes set in the heart of the peaceful Gozitan countryside.
After Breakfast guests were met by our adventure team who took them cycling to some of visit some remote areas of Gozo, ending at the Dwejra, next to the Azure window. There they were treated to a surprise fresh fruit counter specially prepared by the 20twenty team just next to their next challenge, kayaking. The Inland sea is the ideal place to do get familiar with the equipment before heading out through a breathtaking fissure in the rocks towards the azure window and fungus rock. Next, when back on land, guests were greeted this time with a well-deserved cold local beer and a delicious pasta lunch for some carb intake.
Back at residence some guests opted for a short rest whilst the majority continued to swim, or play a friendly football game whilst enjoying more cold beers & Prosecco to the sound of the DJ who accompanied our guests with all special music requests, connected to their smart phones. . !
A Gala Dinner was planned for the following day. We chose a restaurant enjoying panoramic views of Mgarr harbor, Comino & the Blue Lagoon and Malta in the distance. A delicious 5 course gala meal was served and just after the director’s speech, guests had another surprise waiting for them: fireworks from the cliffs adjacent to the venue. Guests continued to party enjoying a more drinks before heading to La Grotta Club (voted TOP 10 worldwide), where the VIP area was reserved serving preferred Swedish drinks.
A late wake up on day 3 was more than expected, so late breakfast was arranged together with local pastizzi (cheesecakes – a local snack known for its alcohol absorbing properties), before preparing to head back to Malta for the return flight home.
