20Twenty DMC is a proud holder of The Malta Tourism Authority Quality Assured seal.

The Quality Assured seal is a voluntary scheme run by the Malta Tourism Authority that recognises DMCs (Destination Management Companies) committed to high levels of quality, consistency and professionalism.

Quality Assured DMCs must comply with a detailed set of criteria designed to ensure the highest possible quality in event and destination management.

The following are some of the requirements that a DMC must adhere to:

• The DMC is a registered business and licensed by the MTA for a minimum of 3 years.
• The DMC has a minimum of € 1,200,000 General Liability insurance cover and all key suppliers have adequate insurance coverage
• A person is available 24 hours a day during programme events.
• The DMC acknowledges proposal requests within 24 hours.
• The DMC provides an initial proposal that addresses the client’s demands and requirements within 72 hours.
• The DMC acts on its sustainable development through environmental and CSR initiatives.
• The DMC is recommended by both previous clients and local suppliers.
